all fantasy fans! Join organizers Donald Gualandria and Christopher Major, at the Hilton of Ocala for this years Ocala Comic Con.The idea of having to drive far and wide to visit a convention is over, thanks to these talented organizers. Gualandria and Major have planned a weekend, packed with all of your favorites! Featured guests include, J. Michael Tatum, David Vincent, Theodus Crane, Mitsuhiro Arita and many others.
Doors open at 10 am on Saturday, June 28th and the Comic Panel kicks off at 11am, lasting until 11:45am. Later you can join J. Michael and David Vincent in a Voice Actor Panel discussion, followed by a Costume Contest from 1pm-3pm.Three fourths of the guests that attend Comic Con dress us, costumes are not required but are highly encouraged.
Participate in the Pokemon XY Tournament on Saturday for a chance to win gift cards and possibly a Nintendo 3DSXL. Star Wars fans, be on the look out for a life-size Jabba the Hutt and a Death Star Trash compactor scene that you can take photos with, you might even spot R2D2 rolling around.
Later in the evening make your way to the The Courtyard on Broadway for Comic Con’s Block Party. Admission is five dollars without a costume and three dollars with a costume. Entrance fee covers your first drink! Come back Sunday, June 29th from 11am-6pm and enjoy a variety of Media, Comic and Voice Actor Panels, along with raffles and prizes.
